My Coaching Approach

My passion is teaching. My mission is walking with women toward Christ.
My approach is gentle and caring — and grounded in the belief that I am merely an instrument in God's hands. I believe that God has already placed inside every woman everything she needs to navigate this life. The gifts, the strength, the capacity — it is already there. What I bring is presence, Spirit-led questions, and a safe space to help you discover, value, and nurture what He has already put inside you.
Because when a woman turns to Christ and begins to see herself the way He sees her, He does what no coach ever could. That is the heart of everything I do.
My Coaching Framework
Be Still. Believe. Become.
As a Christian life coach and Christ-centered guide, I work with women who are ready to stop pushing harder and start going deeper.
Most coaching stops at mindset and strategy. I go further — taking the science of nervous system regulation and helping women see it through the lens of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Because when you understand what is happening in your body, your heart, and your identity through a gospel lens, everything changes.
Be Still. Believe. Become. is the Christ-centered framework I created that integrates nervous system regulation, spiritual identity, personal agency, and the transforming power of the Atonement of Jesus Christ — designed to help women find lasting peace, clarity, and growth from the inside out.
This is not about fixing you. It is about uncovering who you already are in Him.
Be Still.

Be Still
"Be Still is an invitation to pause, breathe, and return to the heart of who God created you to be.
Before we can move forward, we have to know where we are standing. As President Russell M. Nelson taught, 'The way you think about who you really are affects almost every decision you will ever make.' Everything begins with identity."
Everything begins here.
Regulate. Reflect. Realign.
Before forward movement, there must be awareness.
Many women live in a constant state of striving, stress, or quiet anxiety. Through the lens of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, we learn to understand what our body, heart, and feelings are telling us — and bring all of it to Him."
Because the peace that surpasses understanding is not just a promise. It is a physiological reality available to every woman who turns to Christ.
Together we:
Create space to pause and hear what your heart is saying
Explore feelings and patterns through a gospel lens
Ask Spirit-led questions about who God says you are
Identify the beliefs and fears keeping your roots shallow
Clarify what your heart truly longs for
This is where the Holy Spirit is invited into the process.
“In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength.” Isaiah 30:15
Renew Your Mind. Reclaim Your Agency.
Once awareness begins to emerge, we strengthen belief.
This stage focuses on mindset conversion rooted in gospel truth. Many women know scripture, yet still struggle with insecurity, comparison, and doubt. Belief must move from something we know into something we live — and that begins with a choice.
As Elder L. Whitney Clayton taught, 'We actively choose to believe, just like we choose to keep other commandments.'
In this phase, we prayerfully explore:
What do you truly want — and does it align with who God says you are?
What is within your control and what is God inviting you to release?
Where do you need to surrender outcomes to Christ?
What would it look like to move forward in faith instead of fear?
Which triangle are you choosing — open and curious, or closed and defensive?
As belief strengthens, confidence grows — not loud confidence, but steady, anchored confidence rooted in your divine identity.
The choice is simple. Stay closed and defensive — or choose open and curious. Believe is where that decision is made.
'For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.' 2 Timothy 1:7"
Believe.

Believe is recognizing that God has already given you everything you need — including the gift of choice.
When a woman values her divine identity, she begins to shape her life differently. She chooses to be open and curious. She chooses to let Christ into the process. She chooses to believe.
'If we are willing to believe, if we desire to believe, if we choose to believe, then the Savior's teachings and example will show us the pathway forward.' — Elder Whitney Clayton, "Choose to Believe"
Become.

Become is where faith moves into action.
It is the process of creating a plan, making intentional changes, and walking them out with Jesus at the center.
When we access the power of Jesus Christ, we don't just change — we become who He always knew we could be.
Act with Faith. Partner with Christ.
Transformation becomes real when it moves into action.
In this final phase, we create aligned, Spirit-led steps forward. Not rushed. Not overwhelming. Intentional.
"Because He is full of truth, He sees you as you really are — flaws, weaknesses, regrets, and all. Because He is full of grace, He sees you as you really can be. He meets you where you are and helps you repent and improve, overcome and become." — Brad Wilcox
Here Is Where We Begin Walking It Out:
The specific steps you are ready to take
The habits that will support your growth
The boundaries that protect your peace
The ways you will intentionally invite the Savior into daily decisions
You begin living in alignment with your values, your calling, and your divine potential.
Becoming is not a destination — it is the combination of your heart, your choices, and the willingness to submit to Christ as the Gardener. It is learning to use connection, community, and covenant to strengthen your roots, clarify your purpose, and step into the life He has always seen in you.
'Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it.' — Philippians 1:6"
